    I am getting very frustrated in attempting to install the upgrade. I have reviewed the tutorial step by step and still the additional options are not showing up in my dashboard. Theme Options does not appear, more like Theme Options Panel. When I attempt to install the zip, its tells me its already installed. Manual installation also does not seem to work. Help. Help. Help.

    Its alright send us WordPress admin details via sktthemes.net/contact and your website URL we will take care to do the upgrade.
