How can I reduce the height of the inner page banner. I would like for it to be about half the size it is currently because you have to scroll down to see the content. I am currently not using an inner page image and the blank space looks odd. You can see it here in the link below. I would like the forms and docs to be up closer to the menu and title.

Kindly go to Appearance>>Theme Options>>Basic Settings>>Custom CSS Box:
Add this code there:
.innerbanner { height:160px;}
