Also it stange that i can see boxis in elementor edit with shadows and live version totally different. Here is also same thing with testimonial addon

Kindly go to Appearance >> Customize >> Basic >> Scroll down to find Custom CSS and paste there:

.cta-wrap {
  box-shadow: none !important;
}

Hi, not mean that section, I mean SKT Elementor addon infobox element, also what could be problem, I see everything ok in elementor edit section and live version SKT infobox icon and shadows are all wrong?
