How to remove date, time and comment option and icon on the top.

Hello Support,

Please help me remove the date, user and comments icons on the top of the post page (under the post topic). How do I remove it without any plugins. Please help me resolve this. Also, please help me remove “comments are closed” writing underneath the posts. Also, I want to remove the border space between the footer text. Please help me solve this.

Also, I want to remove the opacity on the home page slider. How do I remove the opacity in home page slider.?

Hi,

Kindly go to Appearance >> Customize >> Basic >> Scroll down to find Custom CSS and paste there:

.copytext { padding:15px 0;}
#copyright p { margin-bottom: 0;} 
.nocomments, .single_metainfo, .slider-shadow { display: none !important;}

How do I remove the date from Blog page. (Please refer to the following link.

Also, i want to customize and limit the description showing in the blog on the home page bt certain number of letters or characters. How do I do it? (I have draw it in the image. I dont want to show 3 lines, but limit to certain number of characters and at the end of it I want to add 3 dots “…” )

Hello Dave,

Thank you for your reply. I really appreciate it. I have installed a plugin to remove the date and time and author. I dont want to use so much plugin in my website to make things work. If you can help me with a code to remove the date on the home page, that world be great.

You can visit my home page and check out my blog session. Also, I want to add “…” end of the line to give a hint to my readers that it is continuing and I would like to customize count on the blog details on the first page. Please help me do this.
