How to make a contact form

I just want to add a block with a contact form in it. So it is part of the whole vertical website.

Please let me know how I do this.

I only have one page, with several blocks in it, as far as I can see. On this same page I want to add a block for contact. With a form and where I can write put down my email address (in an antispam way, as I have it now in the footer) and phonenumber.

Thank you! I see now how it is done (shortcode). The mail send from the form doesn’t arrive, but that is probably because my mail is linked to Gmail. I will try and figure it out.
