How to Disable Smooth Scrolling Features

Hello Support,

Could you please tell me how to disable the smooth scrolling feature for your themes?

Like in Divi Theme, there’s an option in Theme settings to turn off the Smooth Scrolling feature. But here there’s no such option I’ve found.

We’re using the following 3 Themes for all of those, and no option to disable that.

The issue is not fixed yet, please check. It’s been a month since I’m facing the issue, but it’s not fixed yet.

What’s going on here?

There’re a lot of other issues as well, like why there are 14 slides getting loaded at the backend where actually there is one single slide. I’m talking about this site, https://kkrmedia.in/

If you can’t fix all these issues, please refund the money.

Kindly check the website in incognito or private mode or else kindly clear and remove cache and cookies from your browser.

We have checked it in several other browsers and found no smooth scrolling issue neither 14 slides loading in front end.

If possible share with us a video URL of the problem.

Hi,

Smooth scrolling issue have been resolved. We have delete smooth scrolling code from the file.

Before you check, kindly clear and remove cache and cookies from your browser.

If you want to disable smooth scrolling in other project?

Kindly go to assets >> js >> other.js >> Remove codes from line number 1505 to 1859 from other.js file.
