    Hello,
    I am on the IT Consultant theme.
    The Unordered lists are not displaying the dots at the beginning of each line. I think the code is correct, and even if I add formatting from the rich text editor, they actually do not show.
    The text has both the ul and li tags.

    Kindly share the URL where you have used the unordered lists.

    That way we can check why its not working.

    Kindly go to Appearance>Theme Options>Basic Settings>Custom CSS box:
    Add this css code in custom css box

    section ul{list-style:outside !important;}
