Unordered list do not display

Hello,
I am on the IT Consultant theme.
The Unordered lists are not displaying the dots at the beginning of each line. I think the code is correct, and even if I add formatting from the rich text editor, they actually do not show.
The text has both the ul and li tags.

Kindly go to Appearance>Theme Options>Basic Settings>Custom CSS box:
Add this css code in custom css box

section ul{list-style:outside !important;}
