How do i know if my theme is the lastest?

I have a theme I purchased in 2015. I just installed in in WP 5.4.2 and seems to work.

skt-healing-touch-pro is the theme and it says version 1.1

How would I know if there is a newer version say version 1.4 or more?

I don’t know if its version has changed since 2015 or if any changes have been made to it at all. Were is the changelog for it?

The theme is now coded with Elementor and was last updated in March 2020.

However this theme is done using new framework so homepage and the font, color changes will have to be done again. Rest inner pages would remain.
