I want to remove two of the contact form’s data entries, ‘Appointment date’ and ‘Select Gender’ as I do not need this info.
Is there any way I can edit the in-built contact form?
If not, what are your recommendations to resolve this?February 1, 2019 at 12:06 pm #116036
Kindly show us your website URL?

The website is https://www.eyelaser.co.za
Update: as a workaround, I’ve currently removed all of the theme’s inbuilt contact forms, and replaced them with a form using the WPforms plugin.
I would like to use the inbuilt forms, though, if it is possible to select the entries I need.
I’d imagine that future users feel the same way, as ‘Gender’ is not relevant to some practices, and most users will be contacting to enquire about possible appointment dates available, so will not need to pre-select ‘Appointment date’ on the contact form.
Can you add the feature so that these data entries can be edited in the testimonial short code? (Or provide an alternate solution?)February 4, 2019 at 12:27 pm #116267
Kindly use this plugin: https://es.wordpress.org/plugins/booking-ultra-pro/
