hover effect "cursor > link" on whole service box

    hi,

    in section 1 on the service boxes the cursor changes always to a hand – this indicates a link but the link is only on the read more button.
    How can i remove this effect on the whole box and focus it on the button
    or
    how can i get the link set for the whole box ?
