Please help! My products are displaying some text incorrectly: https://oomdaanseplaas.co.za/product/entry-fee-adult-13/

Then, I have 3 questions.

First one is:

Please have a look at my footer, how do I remove all those options? https://oomdaanseplaas.co.za/

Secondly, where is my message going when someone sends a message to the Contact Us form? I put in my personal email in the settings to test it but I never received the test message. https://oomdaanseplaas.co.za/contact-us/

Lastly, I noticed WooCommerce is the default payment tool for this theme. Would Paygate also work and how would I install that?

Hi,

1. Kindly send us the screenshot of your issue, upload your screenshot on imgur.com and paste the share url here.

2. Kindly go to Appearance >> Customize >> Footer >> Footer Columns >> Columns 2 Content/Columns 3 Content.

3. Maybe its a hosting issue, kindly ask your hosting provider for the same.

Hi thanks Dave,

I tried your fix but when I get to the Columns 2 Content/ Columns 3 Content it only shows this:

[footermenu menu=”services”]

So, I think it’s something in the back-end.

Hi,

Kindly go to Appearance >> Menus and create a new menu with name “services”.

To be clear for others, I went to Appearance >> Menus

the, “Select a menu to edit” and selected ‘Footer menu’

Then I removed all the unnecessary parts.

Hi there,

I’d like to know how to add a map to my homepage, as the final section. This is explained in the documentation just above “Footer sections” but this is adding it to the header of a sample page and I’d like it as a section. Also, the explanation is not very clear.

Another thing: is there a way to insert an image onto the homepage, similar to the way the map is displayed. The image will display the layout of the venue. It can be displayed below the map section, as the last section…
