My tagline is marked not to show but it shows anyway…how can I hide it?

I’ve changed contacts for easier access/interaction to the forum.
I have bought with my company e-mail [email protected] and have the order number SKT180302-9407-80193F.

I have one more skt account cause I had bought one “single” theme one year ago but this new order is for “all themes”.

Kindly go to Appearance >> Customize >> Basic >> Scroll down to find Custom CSS and paste there:

span.desc { display:none;}
