Hide or Edit Navigation section in Footer

I would like to hide the Navigation menus listed in the footer of the Gym Master Theme. I do not intend to use them and need to hide them.
I do not find an option for that under “Theme Options -> Footer” I only see the navigation title.
I would like to hide all items below:

Home
Our Trainers
Time Table
Blog
Gallery
Contact Us
