Help with the sizing of my photos and homepage

Hello
I have the cut n style theme and for some reason when you click on a page it has a big white gap at the top you then have to scroll down to the actually text, & on the mobile verison this doesnt seem to happen but the homepage is straight and inline on the mobile verison. Then on both verison the pictures are all very narrow when you click on them to make them bigger.
I think its the relsolotion of the pages that need sorting or somthing like that
