    Good day. My order #30948 was placed on January 15, 2018 and is currently Completed.
    I have an unpleasant situation. Due to the inaccurate translation of the terms of the contract, I did not download your themes for yourself – you can check it out. I thought these 15 downloads for purchased themes have no expiration date. Can I count on your help in this matter? Thank you.

    Hi,

    These themes have download life of only 365 days that is 1 year. You can however re-use the downloaded themes for lifetime.

    If you want to renew the all themes package we are offering discounts at the moment.

    You can pay only $69 this time and renew for another year.
