Healing touch pro: call Teammembers

Hi there,
I am looking for a snipped or a code someting that makes the following possible:
With [ourteam show=”4″] I can view the latest 4 posts in the Team section. I found out that i can change the order of the members by changing the publishing date. >>Thats cool<<
I want to call now for different “events” that we make the Teammembers who lead it. Without the ones -who might be higher up in the list – who do not participate.

I tried embeding the links but there comes way to much content of the description with it an it does not fit into one line.
Is there a way to give these specific or all embeded links the Style of the [ourteam show=”4″]

Or differnetly asked is there a was to manipulate an embeded preview of a link. In my case get rid of the text make the pictures round and have theses changes not everywhere where i embed somthing but just on this page or on a second?

I tried also to use the read more tag on the beginning of the persons side- no success…
