Healing Touch – Featured Box

Hi,

I bought your template yesterday because your publicity said that we don’t need to have a programming scale. I’ve done a couple a wordpress sites with templates, but I’m turning around with your template because I can’t find where to put the information clearly.

1- How to put a text in the Featured Box. I can link to a page, but that’s it. A part of text of my page is put in the featured box on the main page, but I can’t edit it. ?

2-How to setup the height of the Featured boxes for having a good straight looking ?

Hi Marc,

1) Featured box text comes from pages. You need to add/edit text in the pages that you have selected for featured box.

2) Kindly go to Appearance>>Theme Option>>Basic Setting>>Custom CSS Box

Add this code there:

.four_column{min-height:225px;}

I added the CSS code and it’s working good.

For the text that I want to SELECT from my page… How I’m doing this ? The featured box take by default only few words of sentence and I would like to know how to select it.

Hi Dave,

I added text in the excerpt box ( word: TEST ) in the compounding page and it’s not working. Always the first sentence on the page appears on the featured boxes.

Can you help me to make it work please.

Hello Dave,
Maybe I made something wrong with my post from last week. So I repeat my question from last week:

I purchased the Healing Touch Pro theme.
Now I published the site and I saw the following: The ‘Read More’ buttons of the featured boxes are correct centered, if I browse the site with Firefox. But they are left-justified, if I open the page with the Chrome Browser or with MS- Internet Explorer.
What can I do to have the buttons centered with all browsers?

I have bought this theme, and I did figure it out how can I make a link from the whole area of the feature-box… Does anyone knows where in the code are those 4 boxes defined?
All I need to do is to put a link not only on that button read-more, but on the entire div. Is this possible?
