Is there a way to change H1, H2, H3, H4, H5, H6 fonts separetly?
Unfortunately No, You can not change H1..H6 fonts seperetly.

Editing CSS style or any file wouldn’t help me doing that?

You can change the color of h1 tag’s separately.
Kindly go to Appereance>>Theme Option>>Basic Setting>>Custom css box
Add this code:
NOTE: you have to use !important property in every H1 tags.

Font style and size are managed via Theme Option>>Basic Setting
For the font weight you have to assign them css classes through custom css box.
