Google page score way below 35, some as low as 13

    Hi there:

    I am just running through my sites checking their google page score.
    Unfortunately they perform horribly. For example https://www.hund-trainieren.de/
    reaches a score of 13 and I tried various plugins such as Fastest Cache, Hummingbird
    and others, with no success.

    Is there a way to improve the score?
