Girlie Pro Mobile Responsive

I have the Girlie Pro theme and it is not adjusting for mobile responsiveness. IS this theme supposed to be responsive and if so how do I go about fixing it?

I purchased the theme for $39 from you all. Order #47882 Product Girlie Pro on March 4, 2021. I was sent the zip Girlie_theme.zip.

Are you referring to what is on the site now? I had to reset WordPress and try a different theme because the Girlie Pro was not working. I didn’t realize my page was showing live. What do you need to see? Do I need to add the theme back for you to see it? My page shouldnt be live yet.
