Girlie Pro Issue with Fourth Column Services section

Hi!
I have a problem with the Fourth Column Services section.

My main URL www.neisna.com works perfectly.
But when I change the language, it shows the full text in the 4 Column Section instead of just a short teaser.

www.neisna.com/en/

What is the problem?

I am also not able to add any other section. They won’t appear…

It looks good, but when I change the language to english everything shows up in english except the 4 sections. The titles are in english but the preview teaser text is in german?
