Get Video To Play In Photo Gallery

I’m using the “Photo Gallery” and it seems to allow us not only to display photos, but also videos. I displayed a Featured Image for the photo and I believe I created the video(see attachments), but how does a visitor to your website get that video to play?

Yes, what you have done is better, but, not exactly what I was asking. If you notice, I have put 2 actual videos in this “Photo” Gallery… it appears that this “Photo” Gallery was purposely set up to do that. I named the two videos “Life Saver Swim School Video #1” and “Life Saver Swim School Video #2”. I created the videos in their editor… in the admin area the videos actually run. However, when I put them in the website, I can see the “Featured Image” that I created for these videos, but how do I run these videos?

I sent my website info, yesterday. I sent it, again. Please check your support email. Somebody worked on it, but did not fix my main problem.

I received a message this morning in my email, but it said nothing (see attached picture of the email I received).

Thus far, I have attached two videos in my “Photo” Gallery… how do I get these videos to play for visitors?

I have waited months for somebody to answer this question… I suppose now you will ask for another years dues… how come nobody can answer this question? How do I play this videos in my gallery?

Unfortunately, this feature isn’t available in SKT Gallery.

I understand what you have told me, but I have some reservations on what you have told me for two reasons:
1. Two Gallery Category’s are offered in the Photo Gallery – Photos and Videos. If videos could not be shown in the Photo Gallery, why does the Gallery offer a Video Classification.
2. I have a competitor in another state that has this exact same theme. She claims that her theme was NOT customized. She is able to display videos in her website… please see this link http://www.swimsprout.com/#prettyPhoto[pp_gal]/19/. Why is her website which is the exact same theme able to display videos?

Are you certain that I am unable to display videos in my Photo Gallery????

I did download the plugin that you told me to download. I looked for a YouTube video on this plugin and could not find one. Do you know where a video on this plugin is at?

I read the usage instructions. A bit confusing. How (or, can I) use this plugin to display videos in my Photo Gallery?
