Gallery on Homepage different to Demo

not sure where I have gone wrong but I would like the Gallery on the homepage to be like the Demo on the Perfect Decor Demo.

There are 4 pics in each row in the demo and when you hover over the pic it changes colour.

On my website its seems to only allow 3 pics per line and no hover animation.

would you let me know where im going wrong.

Kindly go to pages and create new gallery page and put there gallery shortcodes.

And after that, Kindly go to Appearance >> Customize >> Front Page >> Home Section 2 >> and select gallery page from dropdown.

im not sure if its me but there isnt a place to put the shortcodes in home section 2.

Ive done that but it says gallery is empty even tho there is quite a few gallery photos on my phot gallery on wp dashboard?

there isnt a theme options setting on the perfect decor to get the shortcode. I was given the above shortcode yesterday. its says “gallery1” how do I add to “gallery1” can you check if the pics in my gallery are in gallery1
