Fundraiser Theme: Have Sections Load Right Away

I’m using the Fundraiser theme. Currently, upon going to my website, the bottom sections doesn’t load until the website visitor scroll down. This is an issue for me because the bottom is white (until the app user scrolls down). Kindly let me know what change I have to make to enable the website to load without the app user scrolling down?
