form 7 problem

Hi,

Could you please help me out with a problem concerning a contactform I’m trying to set up? I think I have tried everything. The fields of the form show up on the website, but the names of the fields don’t. So I only see empty fields. I use these lines:

<p>Uw naam (verplicht)<br />

[text* your-name] </p>

 

 

Uw Email:

<p>Uw email (verplicht)<br />

[email* your-email] </p>

 

 

Onderwerp:

<p>Onderwerp<br />

[text your-subject] </p>

 

Uw bericht:

<p>Uw bericht<br />

[textarea your-message] </p>

 

<p>[submit “Send”]</p>

I tried to load the site and it shows error resource not loaded and Error name unresolved on browsers.

I’m sorry,  it is palmolie.dierproeveninfo.nl (so without the http://www.)

Use this in Appearance>Theme Options>Basic Settings>Custom CSS:

.wpcf7 form{color:#000000;}
