Flooring theme Our project language

Hi
i use SKT Flooring theme. i have 2 question

1- How can i change “our project” page language
for example https://www.hemengor.com/emlaksarayi/ourprojects/kuyucak-hobi-bahcesi/ in this page i want “Related Projects” at another language. How can i change

2- in Project page i want create gallery . i add media and create gallery and select pictures and insert gallery. In my edit page i see pictures but publish page can i not see my gallery. i see at page “Sorry, photo gallery is empty.” How can i publish photo gallery in project page
