Flat Pro Theme – Problem with sidebar for the WooCommerce Pages

Hye!
I install WooCommerce on my website with your theme.
But there is something strange : there is a sidebar on all the pages of the shop, with a list of all the pages of my website. Meanwhile, my default sidebar is empty.
And I can’t change the place of the sidebar : when I change the template of each page of the shop it is not working. How can I change the template of the shop’s pages ?
