Hi, I’ve managed to change colours for headings and other text using custom css. The only letter I can’t change is the first letter of our company name in the footer.
www.bbca.org.au
Could you advise how to do this?

First letter color is given as an option in Appearance>Theme Options>Basic Settings.

ShriAugust 5, 2015 at 4:06 am #9917As you will see from my website, I have set the first letter colour for headings to red which works perfectly fine for the main content headings.
It does not affect the footer ‘company-title’ heading. It is light grey.
Please advise how to change it.
August 5, 2015 at 9:41 am #9925Okay use this in Appearance>Theme Options>Layout Settings>Custom CSS:
mark, ins, a, .header .logo h1.site-title::first-letter, h2#page-title::first-letter, .archive h1.page-title::first-letter, .page h1.entry-title::first-letter, h2#page-title::first-letter, .archive h1.page-title::first-letter, .page h1.entry-title::first-letter, .single-post h1.entry-title::first-letter, .entry-meta a, .search h1.entry-title::first-letter, .archive h1.entry-title::first-letter, .read-more a, .recent-post .post-box .post-text a, aside ul li a, .widget ul li a, h3.company-title::first-letter, .footer-menu ul li a, .social a, .footer-bottom a {color:#e30613;}
Should be good.
