Ele Fashion – menu and header

I am building a site, at https://snapitbaby.com/, using your Ele Fashion theme. I have several items I need assistance with, please.

– The sandwich menu disappears when the screen gets small enough for a tablet or phone. (I see this has been a problem in the past. I tried the code from three other people who had the same issue in the support forum, but none of those codes worked for me.)
– I would like the menu to start open rather than closed when viewing the site on a desktop computer.
– How can I move the “Have questions? [email protected]” section to the right in order to balance out the header rather than having everything crammed over on the left-hand side?

My site is not ready to be live yet, so it has a coming soon page up. Please let me know the preferred method for me to provide you with a username and password so you can access the site.
