Front Page short description and read more about us link below the slider can manage Go to Appearance >> Themes Option >> Section Tab in section 1 and change it there.

Am sorry it appears you are not understanding my problems. You have our url just have a look at the front page, secondly our About T&M page specifically the block with Our Team heading and thirdly the Our Services page. How to I change those defaults content that comes with the theme

Am extremely disappointed but it seems you also do not know your way around the theme. Anyway I found how to change the default contents in the CSS file of the theme. Many thanks anyway
