eBook author theme – upgrade

Please send me how to upgrade the eBook author theme from the free version, as I already paid for the Theme. I am admin on my website.
I am happy with using Visual Composer and hope it does not conflict.

I have logged into my area in SKT and checked the downloads folder, but it is empty. Is this because when I paid, I didnt go forth and do whatever was next after confirming the payment. My emails are different for Paypal and for login.

Hi Jennifer,

You need to login using the email you used to purchase the theme.

Or else let us know the order number and we can tell you which email address you used to purchase.

Look you guys, I have been supremely patient but it is wearing thin. I am logged in with my email address [email protected] – there is no account under any other email because i dont have any password related to it.

There is NOTHING under Downloads! Cant you just send me the Zip file?
The order is Invoice ID: SKTThemes-24359 I paid via Paypal on 23 January.

We have processed your order sometimes PayPal sends back the IPN completed but it does not process if you have different email addresses and goes on to hold mode.

Sorry for the trouble.

You can now find under downloads the zip file.

Also sent a separate email.
