Duplicate Menu items on Mobile Menu (and other issues..)

Hi, I recently upgraded to Gravida Pro and have been having some really strange issues.

Most notably:

1) Duplicate menu items appearing on the mobile menu

2) Logo does not appear on some pages. Happens at random times.

3) Menu items missing from the mobile menu

Any help would be appreciated. I love the theme but there is definitely something odd going on here. I have also tried disabling ALL plugins and have still experienced the issues.
