Download Link Expired

I have a web developer doing some work on my website and he tells me that I only have the lite version of my theme (SKT Girlie) installed in my WordPress ?!?!?
I bought this on 9 April Order #26122
When he tries to download it it says “Download Expired”
I don’t think I have ever downloaded the theme so could you please re-instate the download so my web developer can get the latest version.

Given re-access to the theme till 31st May. Every 7 days access expires.

My designer has downloaded the theme now – thank you.

After installing it he got this error ?!?
Can you help ?

Theme wasn’t downloaded properly might be his internet connection.

That’s strange – it is a zip file so how can it not be downloaded fully.
It is one file it is either downloaded or not isn’t it ?

Can you email me the theme or give me details as to how many files the zip folder should contain then I can pass this info on.

Due to bad internet it happens.

Yes send us email here: sktthemes.net/contact will send you back the theme zip file. Or else you can download the theme in full and then send it to him.
