    I am trying to download the theme that I purchased to upload to my website. It says that it should be in a zip file. I don’t have a zip file and when I log back in to download, it saying the time period has laps, please help!

    Hi Briana,

    Some browsers (e.g. Safari) automatically extract zip files. Right click on the download link and select “Save Linked File As”, which will allow you to download it as a zip file.
