    How can we make all of the service sections 50% like the top ones? I can not find the code that alters these sections to appear that way in order to fix it.

    Kindly go to Appearance >> Customize >> Basic >> Custom CSS and paste below code there:

    .boxpattern-2 .serviceboxbg{min-height: 300px;}
