Displaying Read More in Different Languages

I am working on Bizniss Pro Theme and could not figure out how to display read more button in more than one language. Now onlt it presents English even though switching to Turkish pages it remains as read more. Please advise which theme code file(s) and how to resolve this issue.

Both in slider and other places and pages of the website because when the site switches to local language from English, all “read more” buttons should also switch to local language… hope it’s clear.

Kindly go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> home page slider >> and Enter your text like this formate.

This fixes the text inside the slider. Unfortunately Read more button is not an option to fix like you suggested in the home page slider customizer. Actually the read more button is coming from the theme php files. So please advise the appropriate fix to sort out this issue please.
