Design Agency Pro Contact Form email not arriving

Hi,

I am not receiving email from the contact forms when testing on the design agency pro contact form. I have placed a working email address in settings>general>email address, but nothing comes through. Do I have to change some code somewhere?

Hi,

In case its not working (happens on few servers) kindly use contact form 7 plugin instead and make use of it.

The contact form is on every page of the design agency pro theme. I have installed contact form 7 plugin, but that appears to create a separate form. Does using this mean I have to remove all the other forms from the site template?

I would like to try and keep the form the default design uses, so is there a way to replace all these forms with the new contact form 7 plugin?

Sorry a bit new at developing using Word Press, normally would just change code and sort it.

Hi Barrie,

No worries.

To remove sidebar there are 2 process.

1. You go to pages>edit any page and on right hand side under page attributes select template: Full Width and save.
2. Second way is to go to Appearance>Widgets and drag and drop a new widget in main sidebar to replace what is shown in default on the sidebar.
