Demo content import fail

The demo import wasn’t working so I followed your instructions to manually upload the XML file. I did it, but the content was imported incorrectly. Can you take a look, please?

The home page and about page templates were not imported correctly. That’s why the problem was coming.

Now everything is ok.

It happened again with a different website & theme. I tried importing demo data for Manufacturing Pro, didn’t work. I followed the instructions again to import the xml file, didn’t work again. Please let me know how to fix this because it seems like a common issue now.

Kindly go to settings >> Reading >> Homepage >> Select homepage from the dropdown.

That didn’t work so I had to replace the WP image & re-upload the theme. Demo content import worked after that without needing the xml file. Thanks for your help.
