Customizer "blanked" in all SKT-Themes

Hi, no matter what template i use (i tried “adventure” and “skt complete”) : after the succesful installation and activation of the theme, the customer is a blank page. the url stays the same :

/wp-admin/customize.php?return=%2Fwp-admin%2Fabout.php but nothing showing up.

When i re-activatie a “non-SKT-Theme” the customer works and is displayed.

WP 4.9.4 is the used edition of WP.
