CSS not loading, but visible via dashboard

    Hello, I have a strange problem…

    When I go to my website https://www.thegablesbb.co.uk my website loads only partly. It looks like the CSS can’t be found. When I login to the dashboard, the CSS does load. What can be the problem? Any help is appreciated. Thank you in advance.
