Creating links from header menu to blocks

In my header menu I would like to link titles to a block.

Wie ben ik? To this block.
Wat kan ik voor u doen? To that block
“Tarieven” to that block
And finally Contact to the footer where it mentions my contact info.

Please advice, I don’t see how this works.

I don’t see what you mean. I don’t see IDs. So I don’t know where to paste the ID.

Thank you, it is partly fixed. I sort of figured out how it worked, but not easy. So I made the link for “Waarom PC Eerstehulp?” myself. However, now they all have pretty ugly links. Meaning, after my sitenam #skt-builder-image-text-block-556. Nicer would be /wiebenik or if not possible /#wiebenik

Would that be possible for that link, /waarompceerstehulp and /tarieven that you will find in the header menu?
