Could not insert widgets in Elementor

Hi there,

This is the first time that i wanne use the Elementor Pro version and create a template (single). I have create with Advanced Custom Fields a new group.. Now i wanne create a single just shown like all the samples.. When i use a SKT theme i could not create a template and insert a widget. When i change my template to twenty twenty for example every thing works fine.. I can add all fields that i want in Elementor.. But not in SKT themes..

Does anybody knows why this is not working?

http://dev.staponline.nl/ it is a bit difficult to show the issue because you can see the difference when you switch betweeen the skt theme and for example twenty twenty theme..

Hi Dave,
I will create now a new enviremont.. So some can login and try to make a new template from scratch.. when you create
1. new group of field -> Works fine
2. Whem you create a new single – Select new post group. -> Works fine
3. When screen opens with all the template you can choose…
but if you dont wanne choose and create self one, so if you click the X and close the screen with templates
4. Elemenor will open from scretch.. –> This does not work, the reason is that the box where you drom the widget is not visible so you can not drop a widget.

I will let you know when i am ready..

Elementor Pro and ACF both our theme does not uses.

If the theme has some problems in this case we can suggest you to not use header/footer scripts (disable them selectively for that particular page) to have it working fine.

We tried but seems some scripts used in theme is not working hence its better to have those pages load without other theme scripts.
