Copy footer to another wordpress site

Hello,

I am using Banking sector theme on http://www.dzacs.com , I have created another site on the sub-domain https://relance-clients.dzacs.com/ , I would like to copy and use the same footer on the sub-domain site. Is that possible ?

I would like to add that I am using divi theme for the subdomain site
