CONTACT FORM: PROBLEM IMPORTANT

I want to use the contact form that comes predetermined with the subject and at the end never the messages arrive to the mail that I put in the short code.

I downloaded the plugin that recommends “Contact Form” and it turns out that it does not solve anything. Change the short code that comes predetermined with the theme and unconfigures everything and the same does not arrive the mail.

On the other hand in every page that I installed the contact form now I get a popup window (in any browser) that says:

To reopen this page, Safari must resubmit a form, so you may repeat purchases, comments or other actions.

I need help with this Shri
