Contact form on pages

I tried to look for the config of the contact form on this page : https://wecare.liquorice.co.za/animals/ but not able to find it.

I’ve test with a test mail but also haven’t received the mail.

Kindly go to skt-trust/inc/custom-functions.php line no 609 and add your email address there.

Looks like I need to add a custom type of script to make it work, I can’t just add the email address?
