contact form on blog sidebar

Hi,

I’m trying to put in the contact form short code
“[contactform to_email=”test@example.com” title=”Contact Form”]”
into the right hand widget bar on a blog post. I assumed I could create a Text widget (within in Appearance > Widgets) and insert the shortcode, but it didn’t work. Is there any other way to do this. and make it work?

Hi Kevin,

Kindly Paste this shortcode in text widget :

[contactform to_email=”test@example.com” title=”Contact Form”]

And drag & drop this text widget on right hand side Blog Post widget.
