I know you probably getting this a lot as I’ve notice searching for a solution.
On the Handyman theme I want to keep your forms the way they’re designed but the form are not sending the emails.
Neither the contact us page form or the contact form right is sending the emails when form is submitted.
Can you please help?
May 13, 2015 at 2:08 pm #6751Contact forms default ones go to WordPress admin email. So check Settings>Email id

ShriMay 13, 2015 at 2:08 pm #6752Never mind I took care of it myself by using a shortcode posted in one of the other themes having the same issue.
I didn’t expect this to go ignored since it is an issue with the theme shortcode that comes installed when theme is installed.
You should consider updating the shortcode issues with the contact forms on the Handyman theme to avoid future problems and redundant support request for the same issues over and over again.

Contact form sends emails to Admin (i.e. Settings>General>Email id mentioned there is taken). Ensure you have the correct email id there.

ShriAugust 19, 2015 at 4:30 pm #10397Has this been fixed in any updates? I am seeing many issues that the only response has been – send us login information etc…. I would like to repair these myself if possible or be informed of the updates if they are indeed done within the month as noted.
August 20, 2015 at 11:05 am #10428Hi Greg,
Our any theme works fine with contact form 7. So kindly use contact form 7 plugin anywhere on any theme and it should work just fine and send email.

ShriSeptember 8, 2015 at 1:30 pm #11085I can see this is an ongoing issue. Is there a fixed yet beside downloading plugins? Anyone managed to get it working and can share how you did it? Thanks
September 8, 2015 at 1:35 pm #11087Some servers don’t allow for header to be sent. Hence on those servers the contact form doesn’t work. Unfortunately we then have to increase the amount of coding for a contact form hence we suggest implementing Contact Form 7 instead which is a plugin.

ShriSeptember 8, 2015 at 1:37 pm #11088How do I make the telephone number optional?
September 8, 2015 at 1:55 pm #11090Hi,
No that’s not possible in this. Its not a plugin actually to make this happen. Code change needed for this.
