    Kindly go to Appearance>>Theme Options>>Basic Settings>>Custom CSS Box:

    Add this code there:

    #sidebar label { display:block !important;}
    #sidebar #contactform_main input[type=”text”], #sidebar #contactform_main input[type=”email”] { width:90%;}
