    I would like the contact form change and adapt with birthday dj . how does that work , THANK YOU

    Kindly go to Appereance>>Theme Option>>Sections

    You will find the shortcode for contact form. Remove the shortcode.

    Contact header footer
    shortcodes
    our themes

    I can not change anything under shortcodes .

    i need to edit my contact form section as well.

    i want to completely remove it. my site is http://extendingplay.rutgers.edu/

    there is no shortcode in my sections, so i don’t know where to remove it from.
